Hi yall!. My experience with Billy was amazing. Professional from the start to finish. During the inspection he kept me informed the whole time. I really appreciate his time and service as well as recommendations. Very pleasant. Thank you hope to see you guys soon for the completion of the service required to this rental property.
Outstanding customer service support at the office, but more importantly with the ones who make it happen, the technicians. Carlos came to take care my plumbing issues and all was taken care as expected...Carlos is the consummate professional. I called to get an estimate on some work and Alan rudely told me that I would have to pay a service call to get an estimate on changing out a spigot on my house. He said he would not send someone out free to give and estimate if they are not sure that I would have them do the work. Poor business sense and rude behavior. I have had 2 other companies come out and gladly gave me a free estimate. I will NEVER refer or call Chris Plumbing again.
Carlos did a super job installing our new toilet. He was extremely professional and very clever. One of the best plumbers that I ever had.
I scheduled an appointment, and they never showed up. Terrible service especially with the amount of competition there is. Don't use these people.
