Chris helped me through the process of accepting an offer of a condo to rent. I completed all paper work and he told me the landlord has accepted my offer. I paid all fees to finalize on the condo. I then get a call from chris saying that his client (the landlord) has moved forward with another tenant. Keep in mind I already signed paperwork and paid all the fees. If your are looking to get a place to live I would definitely look elsewhere. I have asked for my payment back and now they will not respond. Stay away!!!
Chris is fantastic. He is knowledgeable about the market and an aggressive negotiator on behalf of his clients. Always a pleasure to see him work.
