Chris is an amazing realtor! I was an out of state buyer and knew nothing about the Utah real estate market. Every build we looked at, she knew individuals who worked there-she knows everyone! After we signed paperwork and put our earnest money down, the builder dropped their price for units like ours by $30,000!! Chris worked her magic and the connections she had and saved us $25,000 on our purchase price! I could not be more appreciative of her services, knowledge and professionalism! I would not hesitate to use her again!

Chris is by far the best realtor in town! She will go to battle for you, and make sure you get the home that best suits you and your family. She showed us around 15 homes, and was patient and always informative through the whole process. She was also honest, which goes a long ways for me. She wasn’t in it for the quick buck, but genuinely wanted us to be happy in a home! 10/10 would (and I have) recommend her to everyone to EVERYONE!
