Levi has been so patient with my wife and I through many months of looking for the perfect jeep without any high pressure sales tactics. Until today I have had great experiences with Chris Nickel Jeep service. This afternoon I get a call from my service coordinator and he tells me that the service I had scheduled for my jeep is not able to be done because the body shop is just too busy to get to detailing my car….which I scheduled last Friday. If I had just asked today to have this done, I would understand but this was a scheduled detail on my car while I had it in the shop for warranty work.
