Front desk staff were nice enough, but I filled out a two page admission form with all medical, surgical and prescription info. Which he obviously didn’t read, because he asked questions as if he didn’t have a clue about those things. Then, he all but pushed a set of inserts on me, $250. I found them on line for under $50, and it said they only sell them to medical practitioners. What a racket!
