Always brilliant work. I love this flower spot.
Worst customer service ever. The lady who attended us was so mean and rude. Would not recommend. She had no patience whatsoever and was rude when we asked to see more of the wooden signs that we were interested in buying. It seemed like she was very anxious and stressed about something sense she was on the phone the whole time we were trying to ask her questions and I understand that it happens but don’t take it out on the customers
We went a couple of weeks ago and if I could give this place zero stars I would. The blonde-haired woman was extremely rude. We asked if she could bring an item down so we could get a closer look, and she dismissively replied that we were already looking at it. She even pointed at it and said, “Can’t you see it?” She could have given us a better polite reason on why she can’t bring it down. very unprofessional and left a bad impression.
Absolutely beautiful flowers. Took a chance finding Cris Flowers through my own research on the LA flower market site planning an out of state wedding, as they had beautiful work at a reasonable price: they exceeded all of my expectations, were quick to communicate, an allowed me to have the flowers I dreamed of that I didn’t think I would be able to afford otherwise. Thank you for making my wedding day even more beautiful.
