About 10 months ago, my 17 yr old daughter started working with Chris lifting weights a few times a week. She is an athlete and had experience with weights since she was little but she didn't see real results until she started working with Chris. Her physique and her confidence have both greatly improved. She has found a passion for weight training and she owes it all to Chrisfit. Chris Fit Personal Training is the best gym I’ve been to. It is spacious and there is plenty of equipment. Most importantly, it is also very clean! Everyone is friendly and Chris is a fantastic trainer! I get overwhelmed in the gym, but Chris has given me a plan to follow which has made it a lot easier for me. He will also push you to be your best! Even when you think you can’t do it, he knows you can and is there to support you 100% of the way.
