We were visiting Knoxville and my husband had an episode. He stopped breathing and his heart stopped. Thank goodness we had good samaritans around us who helped with CPR until the ambulance came. Once my husband‘s breathing returned to normal and he had a pretty good heart rate at the hospital they did a ton of tests on his brain, his heart all the major systems.
