Waste of time every in un profesional came in early with appointment and they took every one else . We where the last ones to leave very horrible place to come don’t waste your time

my grandma's blood work form was unclear and the people at quest couldn't find what test in their system. we called dr. bui to get clarification on one of the tests but there was another one that was also unclear and when we tried to contact him again he started screaming over the phone. he called the people at quest dumb and he refused to send a new blood work order form.
Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT waste your time. We arrived 20 minutes early for a 3 PM appointment, the very first people in the waiting room. Yet, a patient who arrived after us was called in first. We waited until nearly 3:40 PM—40 minutes past our scheduled time—without being called. When I asked the front desk, the staff offered zero apologies or empathy, just cold, dismissive excuses like "another patient first" and "she's a new patient."
