Chris Broz was our agent while my wife and I searched for our first home, we first looked a few years ago, but it wasn't in the cards at the time. Chris is meticulous. I intended to separate a portion of the property into several lots. Though it sounds simple, it is not. Several discussions with local officials were required for that. It was necessary to survey the property. Chris makes every step comfortable for me. Throughout, he maintained control over the project. The fact that one batch has sold is evidence of the pudding.
