Efficient A/C tune-up, no issues found.
Our thermostat was malfunctioning and would suddenly drop the temperature setting without notice; the technician quickly identified a wiring issue, resolving it within an hour. He was thorough in checking that all connections were secure before wrapping up.
After a previous contractor left the job half-done, I was cautious about hiring someone else for the ventilated ceiling repairs. This technician identified a blockage that was overlooked before and wrapped up the work efficiently in just under two hours.
Our A/C system was due for its regular maintenance, and while they efficiently cleaned out the filters and adjusted the settings in just under an hour, I noticed that they didn't check the thermostat as thoroughly as on their previous visit. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant, but it would have been reassuring to see consistency in all aspects of the service.
Portable unit fixed quickly and efficiently.
