This place is a joke. My therapist quit in January, and I got stuck in therapy limbo on a waiting list. But wait for it, I got the boot because none of the therapists take my insurance. Now, without a therapist, I'm stuck without medication management from my other provider. You can't have one without the other, it's like peanut butter and jelly. I got the axe via email, nice touch.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR THERAPY. We attempted to receive treatment for our newly adopted child through the R.I.S.E program offered by CHRIS180 and every part of the process was an excruciating mess. The intake for our child was processed by a person on a couch in their pajamas in their living room. The intake agent was distant and cruel to our child, pushing our child to tears several times with needlessly intrusive questions. I do NOT use the Chris180 mental health clinic, and due to the reviews I probably won’t 🤣 but the Chris180 drop in center is a life saver for young adults 🩵

Was a Telehealth patient until my care provider suddenly stopped responding. Turns out they changed their policy that patients also needed to be seeing in-house therapists (which I wasn’t) and I was discharged without notification. Clearly patients are just dollar signs to them.
