They always treat me wonderful I’m not sure why their stars are so low. Every time I go in I get in and out really fast. They take care of me and I go home and the staff is very friendly and nice. They also have on-site X-ray, which is really nice because if you go in there and you think you broke something, you know instantly Don’t listen the stars if you’re sick and need help go see them.
They are near my house and always have taken good care of me and my family.
I had a really bad experience with a practitioner here a few years ago and never returned. I was in a bind yesterday and was forced to go back and had the same dismissive experience. The nurse kept making faces as I explained my health history and current symptoms making me very uncomfortable. Every time I tried to explain my symptoms they would cut me off after a simple cough even though there were more symptoms and I kept saying I was in pain. The women checking us is was so incredibly rude. They didn't activate my daughter insurance, that is under my same group ID. She told me to go to member services and see if they can fix it. When I asked if she needed to cancel the appointment we had, which was 15min til- she said yes. I asked if she could wait until after we go to member services upstairs. Horrible people. The two old ladies at the front were insanely rude for no reason at all. We were just there to have my 9 year old daughter seen for a sickness she'd been dealing with for a week. No compassion, no urgency, just remarkably horrible human beings. They do not care about people whatsoever. Truly shameful.
