I recently brought my watch here for a routine battery replacement, but the technician struggled significantly to open the case back. Instead of using proper watchmaking tools, he used inappropriate force, resulting in a noticeable scratch. He ultimately had to ask a colleague for assistance. Needed a new battery for my watch. Not many choices in Niagara Falls and I had no previous dealings with Chouhan jewellers. The service was wonderful; they changed the battery while I waited. In, out, and done at a fair price. Thanks!!
Great place to visit and purchase that special gold or silver or pearl item. They also buy scrap gold and silver. Family owned. The owner met us the door welcomed us in. Very polite... plenty of parking..located on the Famous Lundys Lane Of Niagara Falls Ontario Canada ...less then 5 minutes off the QEW or hiway 420.
