Unprofessional and shady vibes from this business. This week I lost a family member and inherited a 50 year old family heirloom that was my grandmothers wedding ring. The ring had not been work for years and was dusty when I brought it into the shop and asked them for a cleaning. The worker picked up my ring and began to inspect it, questioning whether or not the ring was “real”. I stated that it was real goal, and real diamonds.
