RecommendedAfter moving away from the Rio Grande Valley, the hardest thing to accept was there isn’t any Chorizo de San Manuel in Tennessee! When only the best chorizo in the world will do they make it! Get you some!

Excellent chorizo, flavorful and stays meaty when cooking, versus turning mushy like cheaper chorizo. The beef fajitas are literally the best fajitas I have cooked on our Big Green Egg, extremely tender...perfect! We live in KC, have searched all over for great chorizo, the flank steak was just a delicious bonus. Will gladly keep ordering from TX for our chorizo and fajita meat.
The Chorizo has no flavor, when cooked the chorizo does cook down as traditional chorizo, and added no flavor to my dishes.
Some of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Chorizo San Manuel pork I make it with potatoes or with eggs or with beans on home made flour tortillas and some homemade jalapeno salsa.... the best! mmm....mmm.....gooood!
Chorizo San Luis is delicious!! I especially love that it doesn’t contain gluten, MSG, or artificial ingredients!!
