Best Chorizo ever. My parents use to buy it when we were small and our traditions continue using it with different meals besides Chorizo and eggs. My daughters and now grand daughters use the product also. When we travel out of state we take some to my sisters also. The company has come a long ways. In my opinion from a scale from 1 through 10 it would be rated a 10 by me.
