Today I ordered pickup The order was for the warm salmon avocado bowl. I wasn't pleased. I've ordered pickup from Chopt numerous times before and have never been disappointed, however, this time the ball was dropped. My bowl was cold instead or warm. Since I made some swaps, there was added cost for the base lemon dill dressing that I didn't receive, the ceasar side dressing (received) and spicy croutons (turned out to be regular old croutons) I paid $20 for a bowl of error but I'm not going to let this stop me from patroniz... read more
I decided to stop in for the first time for lunch the other day, and Akyla was so kind and welcoming and walked me through the menu. The food was great, the service even better!
I’m so pleased with this store. The girls are very helpful with the many choices to make for the salad dressings.
