Waiting over 2 hrs with a sick 10 month old is very difficult. Two doctors on staff but it seems like no one is here. Good thing we pay thousands a year for health care.
I would have given this a lower score if it weren't for the great care givers/doctor. I say doctor, because there was 1! Just one in the middle of cold and flu season? I spent over 3 hours just to see the doctor. It was over 4 hours before we were able to leave. I should have just gone to the ER at that rate, at least at the hospital I could have occupied my 4 year old with a tv show.
