In and out! x-rays, full work up and radiologist report all in thirty minutes! Now, for some healing for Jack. Thank you CHOP for making a tough situation so much more manageable❤️

Doctor and nurse were very kind, but wait was 90 minutes. Way too long for little ones.

Thank you to the staff who helped my son. We live out of state and are visiting for the holidays. Dr Newman was so nice and wanted to help us the best she could by calling in a special prescription for him. Wish the clinic was open all day, but so grateful to have a pediatric urgent care available.

To have one doctor on staff during cold and flu season is absurd. We waited 2 1/2 hours to be brought into a room just to wait another hour to be seen. The overall visit was 4 1/2 hours. My son was beyond exhausted considering he goes to bed at 7 and we didn’t get out of there until 10:30. The receptionists, medical assistant, and doctor were all great and apologetic. Instead of having 3 receptionists they should have more medical assistants and doctors. Their staffing really needs to be revised.
