Could very well have been the best Filet Mignon that I have ever had! Very excited to go back to Asheville this Fall to enjoy this again!

LOVE! Great new Chef and Restaurant Manager! The food is delicious and I love the new specials! Congrats to the Chop House team on all their increased efforts and a job well done in both the kitchen and in service!

My food was great the server was great and it was nice and quiet not to busy.
I want to take the time to thank the chefs from the chop house for being so accommodating and excellent. I had to work bacon fest and was probably the only vegetarian there (don't ask me how I got reeled into agreeing to work bacon fest) . I had nothing to eat the whole day and your chefs were the best in offering me a vegetarian version of one of their samplers. it truly spoke volumes to me of their kindness, and I think the management should know what great people you have working there. please let the chefs that were work... read more
