Based on service alone...would never recommend. The owner and office manager are absolutely rude. Messed up my order and things missing and they refuse to refund in full what was missing. They would only give me a partial (on a gift card) for the missing things and basically told me I'd have to take a loss for the rest. Even after proof of what I bought/ordered. Gift card would have been fine if it was for the complete amount I paid for but then didn't get. Terrible!

RecommendedI have been visiting Smiles Over Somerville for almost 8 years now and that’s says it’s all GREAT TEAM OF STAFF. It’s always pleasure to see Debbie smiles and greets you .She is very easy to talk to,professional and very helpful. Lisa is very detail oriented and professional .Dr. Chang is wonderful and very thorough. She takes the time to explain things and makes you very comfortable .This is a great and knowledgeable group of dental experts!
Don’t waste your time going here. He said he’s too busy to make any repairs.
I walked up to the shop after driving an hour to get an estimate for custume headers, the owner was rude and disrespectful. He is very arrogant to the point he turned me away due to him not having enough experience to complete the job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This guy walked into the back part of our shop and the owner asked him to go back outside and enter through the front door and said he would meet him by the front desk. He ignored the request and asked about an employee he knows that works at our other location. The owner asked him to go back outside and enter up front though the front door and wait by the front desk a second time. portions were small compared to price. wait staff seemed more interested in the carry out orders than what's in the restaurant. the meal was almost uneatable. asked for medium and got rare. brought me another and they still got it wrong. and yes I did tip the waitress. not her fault the kitchen can't cook. stay away from this place. waste of time and money.
horrible experience there with the support staff. young lady named Lexi or Alexis was rude hostile and accusatory. When we picked up our pet, we were left sitting 40 minutes as Lexi told us " just a few minutes" and when we called back she insisted she called and that my number I filled out was wrong.As I wasn't going to argue I just did my payment over phone and tolerated her increasing rudeness and demands.
