I had my hip replacement surgery done by him, but a few months later, he left his practice and didn't even tell anyone. Everything seemed to be okay, then after a year, hip started hurting again, really bad. Found out after 5 months of excruciating pain, I have a massive tear of the minimus and major tear of the medius. I don't know if it's related. I am sorry to see Dr. Chonko leave the area. He always took time to listen and explain no matter how simple my questions seemed. I am sorry I did not get the chance to thank him personally. J Powell
Dr Chonko has been my doctor for some time now and he has been a very good doctor. He has done surgery on me a couple times and I have had nothing but good experience with him. Highly recommend him.
Doctor Chonko is wonderful. He did my surgery a few years ago. Before going to him, many doctors did not want to help me. Some doctors even said that I was lying. Dr Chonko was able to diagnose my problem immediately and operate within that month or so. The surgery was successful and I am feeling great! Wonderful doctor overall!!!
STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE DOCTOR. HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER PATIENTS AND DOCTORS. SEVERAL PATIENTS HAD TO FIND NEW DOCTORS FOR REVISIONS. VERY RUDE. OFFICE STAFF TOO!!!
