My daughter had a COVID test at this facility on 12/13/2020. She is still waiting for the result. When she calls the office, she gets no response. This office provided poor customer service. I do not recommend this office.

Very misleading info. Drove 25 minutes with 3 kids only to be turned around. RUDE front desk staff. If your staff can not give out the correct info about covid testing they do NOT need to answer the phones or be at the desk. Waste of time

Great experience here, very clean venue, calm after a work day , peaceful and serene . The staff were very pleasant considering I came 15 minutes before closing . I would definitely recommend this urgent care .
