I've had great experiences with the team at Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning. They have assisted me multiple times, from stretching carpets to fixing the spots my cats scratched around the doorways. I am absolutely thrilled with how my carpets turned out! When I purchased my house, the carpets were in terrible shape—light colored with dark stains scattered all over, making it look like a dirt path in the high-traffic areas. Nathan from Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning was exceptional. We found dirt in our newly purchased carpet within a short time. I reached out to the carpet store, and they sent a cleaner who unfortunately couldn't solve the problem. A few months later, the dirt was still there, driving me crazy. At this point, I contacted Nathan at Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning. He promptly came over and proposed that the issue could be a pH imbalance or a problem with the carpet padding. Excellent service. I was unable to keep my initial two appointments for carpet cleaning, both of which I had personally scheduled and had to cancel, but that was never an issue. Duane and Nathan from Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning were completely accommodating each time, making sure to call and express understanding and courtesy regarding my cancellations.
