From beginning to end, everything about the carpet cleaning service was extremely professional. Right from the first message with a photo so you know who is coming, to scheduling the appointment, and sending updates when they are on the way, everything was handled smoothly. Jaime arrived right on time and followed up after making sure the carpets were spotless. The carpet cleaning itself was amazing! My carpets now look fresh and like they were just installed. On top of that, Jaime had a bright smile and a friendly attitude.

we had seven rooms of carpet and three large pieces of furniture cleaned. the price was very reasonable. they arrived on time and started working right away. the pre-treatment, steam cleaning, and pet odor control, along with furniture protectant, took less than two hours. nathan was very polite, knew what he was doing, and did a fantastic job. i would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone in san diego and will call them again when needed.
