dr. choi and his team are an absolute dream to work with, especially for someone like me who gets anxious about medical procedures. they took their time answering every question, explained each step with so much patience, and made sure i felt comfortable from start to finish. the entire staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. the clinic is clean, organized, and runs so smoothly that it immediately puts you at ease. i truly cannot recommend this place enough.
This review is on behalf of my mother. Dr. Choi has been treating my mother for a couple of years now due to a prolonged, grueling work-related injury. With English being my mother’s second language, understanding medical information can sometimes be daunting for her. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Choi. He explains the entire process prior to getting started with the procedure. He walks you through everything and ensures you are comfortable and aware of what’s going on. I walked in super anxious and nervous, but Dr Choi did so amazing I never felt any pain during the procedure. Thank you Dr.Choi for everything.
