Moved in a couple weeks ago; just wanted to say the maintenance crew were top notch in getting the issues with appliances corrected. Within a couple days they were able to completely replace the malfunctioning fridge and stove while compensating me with a discount for the troubles. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend Choice Realty.
For Those Renting Apartments: Very polite/professional up until you sign on the dotted line. Afterwards, that certainly goes out the window (except for in-person interactions and/or confrontations). Additionally, they are known to find ways to keep your security deposit no matter how hard you work to live up to their "contract" and clean your apartment appropriately, etc. Recommendation: Before moving out of your apartment (or rental house, etc.) MAKE SURE that you schedule an in-person walk-thru with them.
