Never thought I’d have to clean up someone else’s beard and pubic hair when moving into a new unit, but that’s what I’ve been doing for the past couple hours as I am attempting to move into one of choice’s apartments. I’m also going to have to drop $100 to clean my carpets as they are disgusting. What a horrible way to start a new lease 😪

Choice has been an awesome company to rent from. Working 3rd shift kinda stunk when we decided not to renew and having to wake up early so they could show our rental. Maintenance crews were always quick to respond even if they weren't able to fix the issue right away. Over all I would recommend Choice Realty as someone I would rent from again! Thanks again for an awesome renting experience!

Hands down the best management company in Bloomington! Wouldn't rent from anyone else. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any problems are taken care of swiftly! I would personally dismiss any bad reviews. You can't fix stupid these days!
