1 star because I clearly couldn't rate lower. I am livid over insurance and Choice O&P in knoxville. My sons pediatrician and physical therapy recommended him for a helmet due to a flat spot. So we go to the appointment, give them his dads work insurance. For whatever reason my insurance was still pulling up for him and Choice O&P said they legally had to bill both and our cost would be $206. Ok great, make the appointment. $850 for a back brace that you could get on Amazon for $100. Not that impressed. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield State insurance and that’s what they were going to charge me.
They are very nice quick and helped my nephew with his helmet and i give them 5 stars they pretty awesome
Abby is fantastic. She always addresses any issues I may be having. She always advocates with insurance for me. Keeps my prosthetic updated and working great for me.
