My house was at 85 this am on the main floor upstairs 92. Called and they fit me right in , and had someone on the way by 815. An hour later I was fixed ! The technician kris was detailed thorough and funny. Honestly reviewed necessary upgrades that I need to put away for , and charged me for total what I was going to be charged just for the emergency call elsewhere . I will be a forever customer ! 90 degrees and humid today and my air conditioner decides to stop working. Choice Heating sent someone out the same day fixed the problem and said no charge it's covered under the warranty - the unit is 9 years old so boy was I a happy camper. Thank you - your a great company to do business with!
We wanted to let you know about your great employees. We just had a new unit installed on Jan.15. The installers were great considering the area they had to work in. The cellar is less than 6 feet head clearance and a difficult place to work. They did a great job an we had heat in about 6 hrs. after they started. George brought 3 ceramic heaters over to keep us warm. George also stopped on his way home to check everything and asked if we had any questions .I said no but if I do, I can call.
