Very unprofessional, do not care about the customer This company does not deliver the customer experience level that I have been engaged by with previous heating companies in the area. We contacted them in early November to fix a heating issue at one of our apartments. They came, they "fixed it and we paid for their service. Choice Heating & Cooling was prompt and very Professional I had Choice H&C at my house on a very cold night in Jan. They responded to my call immediately, the service guy came out right away, they got me heat that night! I was so afraid of frozen pipes, but he told me how to prevent them. The guy was honest and polite. I paid more for it being at night, but it was worth the piece of mind. I recommend Choice highly

Luke and his assistant Dylan installed another furnace for me. Luke is the best, he knows exactly what he's doing and does everything nice and neat.
They replaced our 60 plus year boiler. Amazing professional job! the plumbing was neat and everything was labled. Very impressed with the work done.
Great price and availability! Was able to work with me on emergency call and follow up work. Had Les chris and Dan come to the house - very nice and respectful. Spoke to Norm on the phone who broke everything down great and was extremely easy to work with. Will always go back to them with future business.
We had an AC problem & our system is a GEO THERMAL unit. The customer service was top notch, they were here the same day & had us up & running. Tech was awesome! We will only use Choice from now on.

Good afternoon, Jeff. I'm sorry your daughters pipes ended up frozen. Unfortunately thawing frozen pipes aren't a service we offer. If your daughter, or her landlord would like to give the office a call we would be more than happy to refer them to a reliable plumber to assist with the issue.
When we moved into our new home we needed to have the hot water tank replaced. We weren't sure what would be the best option for us or how to get it installed. We didn't even know where to start.
