Luke and his assistant Dylan installed another furnace for me. Luke is the best, he knows exactly what he's doing and does everything nice and neat.
They replaced our 60 plus year boiler. Amazing professional job! the plumbing was neat and everything was labled. Very impressed with the work done.
Great price and availability! Was able to work with me on emergency call and follow up work. Had Les chris and Dan come to the house - very nice and respectful. Spoke to Norm on the phone who broke everything down great and was extremely easy to work with. Will always go back to them with future business.
We had an AC problem & our system is a GEO THERMAL unit. The customer service was top notch, they were here the same day & had us up & running. Tech was awesome! We will only use Choice from now on.
daughters pipes frozen choice there to put in new heater landlord on the phone said ask about frozen pipes guy says not my problem why not fix it if you are already there

Good afternoon, Jeff. I'm sorry your daughters pipes ended up frozen. Unfortunately thawing frozen pipes aren't a service we offer. If your daughter, or her landlord would like to give the office a call we would be more than happy to refer them to a reliable plumber to assist with the issue.
When we moved into our new home we needed to have the hot water tank replaced. We weren't sure what would be the best option for us or how to get it installed. We didn't even know where to start. My house was at 85 this am on the main floor upstairs 92. Called and they fit me right in , and had someone on the way by 815. An hour later I was fixed ! The technician kris was detailed thorough and funny. Honestly reviewed necessary upgrades that I need to put away for , and charged me for total what I was going to be charged just for the emergency call elsewhere . I will be a forever customer !
