we needed our carpets cleaned quickly because of some last minute changes and only had about 90 minutes for the job. jared, the technician, and wayne, who came along to help, worked fast and did a really detailed cleaning in our kitchen and laundry room. jared came back later to finish cleaning the rug on the stairs and also took care of the bathroom floor. we are very happy with how everything turned out. both times they let us know when they were coming, arrived right on time, and got the carpets looking great.

I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. We had an urgent need to get our carpets cleaned the same day, so we called several different carpet cleaning businesses. If you need to get cat urine out of your carpets, I highly recommend Choice Birmingham Carpet Cleaning. Their cleaning methods use environmentally friendly products, and the way Conner explained the pet stain removal process made me feel confident in their work. We have small grandchildren and a small dog, so our living room rug has seen a lot—everything from spills to pet messes. Our microfiber furniture went through almost the same. Sebastian came out from Choice Birmingham Carpet Cleaning and did an excellent job cleaning everything quickly and right on time. He was very professional and polite. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I saw their van in my neighborhood, which has lots of new homes.
