this review is solely about the customer service, not the actual carpet cleaning work done. my sister-in-law referred me after she had a successful job done at her place. having just bought a new house, the carpets were stinky. we chose to pull up all the carpeting. setting up the appointment was a breeze and sebastian was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Jared arrived promptly, carefully inspecting the carpet and furniture layout in our Birmingham home. He kept me updated in a courteous and thoughtful manner. Jared did an excellent job cleaning our carpet, paying particular attention to the high-traffic areas.
