Went in talked and couldn’t come to an agreement but were straight to the point all the way through.

Good service. Able to check two good options in the middle of a rainy day. Very clear about options related to a possible deal.
No bull, straight shooters, found the vehicle, in and out in 20 minutes. All vehicles are front line ready! They don't buy nor sell junkers or clunkers. I DID have to take care of unbalanced tires and front struts, but, hey, it's a 13 year old SUV...... The other similar vehicles I looked at at the other lots needed a lot of reconditioning, even a good wash. Choice's entire lot was clean vehicle after clean vehicle, regardless of age or price. Didn't give five stars because no one's perfect.

No pressure sales. Allowed us to drive several of the same vehicles to compare the ride. Expedited paperwork. Honored previous published price although the asking price had increased by several hundred dollars over the previous several days.
