After providing pictures of my trade-in-car, I told Hank I was expecting $12-13k for my trade. He agreed that was fair. When I arrived to trade in my car for one of theirs, I was told they’d only give me $6k for mine. Total waste of time & my gas money.

This dealership was great. We went to see a car 3 different times and we never felt pressured at all. The salesman were so nice. Sam went on our test drive with us and Adam sold us our car. The whole experience took about an hour and 20 mins and that included a test drive! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
