Truly loved living at the Chocolate Works, the apartments are beautiful and updated so nicely! The natural light is everything :) Everyone that works there was so helpful and lovely - no maintenance request went unanswered. Will miss this place a lot!!
I toured Chocolate Works and ended up renting at another location owned by the same management company but what the apartments I toured had in common was they were a good deal, especially factoring in things like fees and walkability. The property has new amenities. Like the apartment I rented, the one I toured here was renovated but had a lot character. If price matters and you want to live in a decent place, Chocolate Works is a good option.
