Dessert was delecious. . The fettuccine alfredo what is disgusting had to send it back.
My friend and I went here last night for the first time amd it was great. The spinach and artichoke dip and the espresso martinis were so good. What made our night, however, was our waitress Nicole. She is a rare gem who should be celebrated for her Customer service! We will definitely be back to see her. Thank you!
We sat at our table for over 50 minutes before we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Not One person asked us if we were taken care of. It was very infuriating as we overheard the two waitresses play rock-paper-scissors to see what table they were going to wait on. There only seemed to be one gentleman and the bartender actually doing their job which is saddening, considering there were at least 5 staff memebers. It was my 21st birthday and the poor service killed it.

I had the megatini at the Cleveland Chocolate Bar, of course my husbad and I shared. We are addicted or at least I am every time we go to Cleveland we visit tje Chocolate Bar excellent martinis, food and service �

Usually my experiences at the chocolate bar are much like many negative reviews below, which is why I do not go there that often . However, my friend had never been so we chose to have a ladies night here. I warned her ahead of time about the poor service and horrible atmosphere. But, this time the service was great and we were in the corner so good atmosphere allowing all of us to carry on conversations .
