UNQUALIFIED WORKERS & CHEAP MATERIALS.PG&E SENT THEM OUT TO UPGRADE MY HOUSE THRU ENERGY PROGRAM.2 CLOWNS CAME OUT WHO COULDN'T DO SIMPLE BASIC WORK.EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE REDONE BUT ALSO DID DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE.THE MATERIALS THEY USED ARE ALSO SO LOW GRADE THEY WOULD NOT HELP WITH EFFICIENCY.NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AFTER REPEATED CALLS EITHER.
