Took a $309 dollar deposit for a $600 dollar job. Cashed the check that day. I called Mike Choby for 2 months and he would never call me back. I finally contacted BBB and attorney general and filled a complaint. He ignored both of their letters. I filed a claim at small claims court and he was served. He completely ignored the summons. After paying the court $140 dollars thinking they would make him pay I was told the court could not make him pay me back. I wish they had told me that before I wasted the extra money.... read more
