The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the nice nurses. Other than that, take your child elsewhere. They moved my son room twice without notifying me. They talk to him without notifying me as if he is an adult. The doctors can’t figure out what’s wrong with him and is not trying to get him help elsewhere. He seems to be getting worse in their care. The minute you disagree with the doctors, they will call child services on you. Be careful taking your children here!!!

My daughter had to take my granddaughter to CHOA, and being a new mother of 3 DAYS, they were very helpful and calming to her and her husband. THANK YOU.

Horrible experience. Lack of attention from the staff, per the text messages I recurved my child’s nurses has changed over 8 TIMES! Put in a room for over 3 hours with no meds no nothing. When we call to get an update nothing but attitudes from the staffs. Wondering if I should have went somewhere else. The lack of attentiveness to patients is simply shocking.

My baby brother is currently here. He had a seizure, all the nurses knew what to do and he is happy and fine now! The nurses are super nice, can’t wait to hopefully work here when I’m older! (update: it wasn’t exactly seizures, we don’t exactly know. My brother is fine and turned two yesterday on 10/14. All three visits were amazing here but the nurses weren’t the best on our third. We were on the „normal floors“ the nurses wouldn’t come when buzzed sometimes, but whatever. Even then it was an overall great experience.)
