It was a great experience both P T s and Dr Cho were exceptional with their knowledge and confidence. Beautiful new building.. some confusion with the scheduling would be the only tweak I might suggest.. the receptionist was very friendly and competent.. went out of her way to get some meds filled with my insurance co... would like to have another appt .. but unable to get set up.

Dr. Cho is a very kind, knowledgeable doctor. It is quite difficult to get through to someone in her office and receive a return call within 24-48 hours, but this is my only complaint. Those that do work in the reception area are helpful. Her office is very nice and easy to find. I would recommend Dr. Cho and hope she is able to find additional office help in the near future.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Overall Dr. Cho was very knowledgable and listened to what I had to say. Unlike other doctors she seems to have both a physical and emotional understanding of the pain I am having. I have had no issues with her care or the business of the clinic. I will definitely be going back to her when I need it.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
