Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, however, they do not know how to bill properly. Watch your explanation of benefits to make sure you are getting charged for acupuncture and not a trigger point injection, the price difference is astounding!

Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this rehabilitation specialist rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this rehabilitation specialist late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes

Does this rehabilitation specialist use current and safe equipment? Yes, the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this rehabilitation specialist's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did you feel safe in this rehabilitation specialist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first?
