Had a problem and called Chlorine King in the afternoon. Erik quickly responded and was out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed a malfunctioning part that should’ve been replaced under warranty by the previous service. Was willing to help without charge, even though he had to make a service call. I will happily be calling him whenever I need help again.
Would recommend Chlorine King hands down!! Their communication is impeccable!!! Erik came out and installed a new VS pump and Filter to replace a system that was about 12 years old and beginning to fail. I am very happy with the work that he did you can tell he has a lot of attention to detail to make sure the install is clean and correct. His prices were in line with other estimates that I had but his great communication and knowledge is what pushed me to using him. Erik has done an amazing job keeping our pool beautiful and in good working order. I especially love how reliable he is and his awesome communication. He sends a weekly message with the water and chemical levels and even sends a picture of the freshly cleaned pool. I never have to worry if he's done the job or done it well.
