Went to the 6:30pm Dance fit class and it was an awesome time! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They modified some of the movements as well, due to myself being a beginner at cardio workouts/dance. Before I enjoyed a cool tea bomb to give me energy for the class and after I had a delicious shake! Definitely will be joining more classes!
I had an amazing experience here and the owner was very informative about the products as well as interested in us and my experience as a distributor. Absolutely loved talking with her! Thank you 🙏

I seen a Facebook post for CHL Nutrition and wanted to see how it was. Went there this morning and had cinnamon tea with aloe and a strawberry cheese cake shake. Also bought a salted caramel pretzel shake. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great prices. Will definitely go again.
Awesome place to be! A great environment to be in while getting an amazing workout, awesome energizing tea and to top it off with a delicious meal shake.
