She was patient. She was kind. She was understanding. She was an AMAZING coach/doctor! I’m forever grateful! Thank you.
I mainly base my reviews on my interactions with people, and how me (or my family) were personally treated. We have been to this location a couple times, each time for something different. From the person who booked my appointment to the receptionist, registration, nurse, and doctor, every experience was heartwarming and reassuring. Not only did I feel at ease, but so did my child. Everything was explained and even taught so that we left with no questions. These are people who love their job, and it shows. Thank you!
My baby recently needed bilirubin treatment and UNFORTUNATELY this was the place chosen by our doctor. My wife had to wait at registration for FOUR HOURS!!! No nurse could be found when something was needed. Barely any instructions were given. Communication was ZERO! Nurse that were on staff had terrible attitudes towards giving care…. I attended IOP and Trauma Based Therapy sessions here a few years back and as time goes on I realize it took a major toll on me. I never had the chance to tell any of my therapists the full story of what happened because they would continously jump to assumptions which made me shut down and stop talking for the remainder of the sessions, and when this would happen my father was dragged into the room because they couldn't get me to talk.
