The staff NEVER answers the phone!!!
We've been seeing NP Hall for a hemangioma for over a year. She is very kind and professional. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming and accommodating. I can typically always get a hold of a nurse if needed and my questions are always answered through the online message portal. The office is clean and bright. They have a parking lot on site which is nice and it's easily accessible which is rare for Town Center. Something to note: the parking spaces are pretty tight so keep that in mind if you have to get a car seat ... read more
