This guy is a full-on con man. I just finished resolving the fraud he attempted to pull on my insurance. He was rude, dishonest and threatening throughout the process. It's worth nothing that the man is about 75 years old, has no assistant (you will be holding the suction yourself), and was previously found guilty of widespread fraud a few years ago, as he was repeatedly performing unneeded dental procedures on children (google it, this is no exaggeration).
Dr Lui is a great dentist and my kids love him very much!
DO NOT visit this dentist. Where do i begin with Dr. Chiu L Lui. He first collects cash as soon as you walk into the office (full payment). In my case, my insurance reimbursed me 30 days later. The office is located in the basement with not enough light. The office smells like a swamp. Stuff and him speaks and laugh the whole time in chinese. They do not answer any questions you may have, All they care is your full payment upfront. I would not recommend this dentist.
