So this is the second consecutive year that I've contacted this firm in relation to an incorrect 1097-CONT form. When trying to understand when I could expect the corrected forms, I was met with a distinctly sharp and curt attitude. Let me reciprocate with my own bit of terse advice - provide a consistent high quality product initially and there will be no need for me reach out.
