Great staff I've seen in years everyone actually talked I recommend this place to anyone that wants great service
There online scheduling app and text service is very poor. The front desk clerk at the Savoy location is not kind at all. They didn't take my secondary insurance so they refused to submit to my primary insurance and wanted me to pay $100+ upfront for an exam my insurance covers. I won't return.
The procedures were explained to me in a way I understood. The staff was friendly. Although I hadn't seen the doctor in years, he remembered me. Overall, a good experience.
Waited there for an hour after the appt was to begin to even be seen and then it was like it was no big deal to be made to wait that long.
