The procedures were explained to me in a way I understood. The staff was friendly. Although I hadn't seen the doctor in years, he remembered me. Overall, a good experience.
Waited there for an hour after the appt was to begin to even be seen and then it was like it was no big deal to be made to wait that long.
I can't say enough positive things about Chittick's in Danville!! Dr. Kelley is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He is able to explain what he is doing and what he sees on a level that even a non medical person could understand. Chittick's optical department is always amazing - such a wide range of frame choices there is something there for everyone.
