RecommendedI was having excruciating pain in my left eye and they get me in on a Monday with in 2 hours of my call. My MS medications caused a virus to take hold in the eye that could have blinded me if not properly cared for. Dr. Kelley and Dr. Loerenberg took exceptional care of me. They watched me closely until they were sure it was safely on the mend. I could ask for better doctors. thank you for keeping my vision safe.
The eye appointment went okay, but after the appointment all I wanted was my glasses to be adjusted. What I got was being made fun of for how my glasses looked on me just because I didn’t want another pair of glasses. I know you’re “doing your job,” but that doesn’t give you the right to make fun of someone. I hope in the future it doesn’t happen again.
Haven’t had an eye exam in over 8 years. The staff was very welcoming upon entrance and courteous throughout my visit. Dr. Witt was phenomenal as well.

Been going to chittic for 20+ years. First pair of glasses I have ever had to return. Seen 2 doctors and still horrible. Went to take glasses back and all they wanted to do is have me see the doctor again. Took my business elsewhere. Return policy is wrong. 600 dollar paper weight.
Great staff I've seen in years everyone actually talked I recommend this place to anyone that wants great service
There online scheduling app and text service is very poor. The front desk clerk at the Savoy location is not kind at all. They didn't take my secondary insurance so they refused to submit to my primary insurance and wanted me to pay $100+ upfront for an exam my insurance covers. I won't return.
