The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Very unhappy with this health care provider. Making appointments was not easy. I always had to wait after my appointment time before I saw Dr Kathuria. Expensive tests were ordered that I was not made aware of resulting in a large out of pocket expense. After consulting other physicians, these were considered overkill. Hospital tests were recommended that also were very expensive. No mammogram scheduled but a breast ultrasound instead that was not covered by insurance.
