My step daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chitkara's for a very long time. She was seen in his office in July 2017. During that visit a copy of my insurance card was made, however the billing department billed the previous insurance company (at least that was the excuse I was given the 1st time.) In September after receiving a bill for over a $1100.00 we called again, providing the correct information again. We were told the correct insurance company would be billed. LOVE DR.CHITKARA! QUICK VISITS BUT DOCTOR TAKES THE TIME TO TRULY LISTEN TO ALL MY CONCERNS. I LOVE THE STAFF, THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND THEY ALWAYS ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN CALL AFTER HOURS AND THE DOCTOR ALWAYS ANSWERS AND SCHEDULES YOU IN. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR.CHITKARA TO OTHERS.

Excellent Experience. Dr Chitkara took the time to listen to all of my issues and followed up two days later. Office Staff very friendly. I waited for less than 5 minutes.
Absolutely love dr. Chitkara I was worried about my son with bumbs behind his ear so I called the office at 10 pm and dr. Chitkara answers and has me explain everything to him although it sounded like I woke him up and he helps ease my mind and told me to come in that next morning first thing and he would look at him. Any time any three of my sons are there he is very kind and patient with him. I highly recommend him to anyone!
My children receive excellent fast care and Dr. Chitkara is awesome!!! Would and have highly recommended to anyone needing a pediatrician!!!
