I took my daughter to see Dr. Chitkara when she was beginning to come down with something and he told me she was fine. I took her back two days later and he acted mad that I "let her get this bad" before bringing her in. I took her back four days later because she had been on a strong antibiotic for those four days and was still acting very ill and can begun to act catatonic and listless and I was worried about her. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. Front desk staff is completely unprofessional and rude. NEVER call and ask for your child's records. They become hostile. This doctors office is a true reflection of the filth that is Springfield, Ohio.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
